Hello, my name is Daniel Valot,


It is my personal desire to help others as others have helped me to reach my goals and dreams in this on-going adventure we all know as life.


I believe my purpose now is to help you in obtaining your goals and dreams so that they become a reality in your life as well.

I will give you the tools to do the work, it's my job to stand with you and guide you as how to use them.


It is your job to put fourth all the effort and work to make your life happen as we both work in our respective roles to get you to your goals and dreams.


Some of the issues we might work on would be:

    * Co-Dependency

    * Relationships

    * Difficulty working with others

    * Self Esteem

    * Self worth

    * Procrastination

    * Acceptance of yourself and others

 

Whatever it is that you might be struggling with or thinking about, we will work on it together until you are where you want and need to be.


Remember, it is all up to you to put forth all of your effort and never quit because this is a life-long work in progress (that is never ending).


I have been involved in young adult counseling / coaching in various community venues for about 30 years.


I believe that people and relationships are the most important things in life and I want to help get you to a state of contentment and happiness you are after.

It will take a lot of work, at times can be very painful however, your life is worth it!
